We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit
Items sent without prior approval may be refused or returned at the sender’s expense.
Evaluation of Items
All mailed or in-person items are professionally evaluated upon receipt. Any estimates provided before inspection are not guaranteed and may change after physical evaluation.
Returns Policy
Due to the nature of precious metals and fluctuating market prices:
All sales are final once an item has been evaluated and purchased
We do not accept returns after payment has been issued
If an offer is declined after evaluation, items may be returned or picked up as agreed
Refused or Unclaimed Items
Items not claimed within a reasonable timeframe may be subject to storage fees or handled in accordance with applicable laws.
